WHEN CAN
JUNIORS
SHOOT?
Juniors must always be accompanied by a qualified adult archer i.e. any adult member of the club, or one of the coaches.

During the Winter

Saturday morning indoor sessions at Brockington College.
A coach will be available to supervise.

Anytime at the LAOFAC field
So long as they are supervised by a qualified archer.
Indoor Rounds

The most popular indoor rounds for Juniors are:

However, Juniors can shoot any indoor round as the distances don’t (usually) go beyond 20 yards.

Parents – these events are usually advertised on Facebook before they appear on here, so we advise joining the closed group: ‘Leicester Ancient Order of Foresters Archery Club’.

If you enjoy shooting and become good enough, then you may be invited to join the Junior Development Squad (JeDiS), or even the county team. Some of you may feel that you wouldn’t be good enough to make this level, but the team gains new members every year and the next one COULD BE YOU…
